BIGVILLE ("we", "us") is an online directory and booking platform connecting local businesses and community organisations with customers in and around Casino and Mummulgum, NSW. We are in an early, founding stage — features, pricing, and this policy will change as we grow.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it's been compromised.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, products, services and prices. Founding members (the first businesses to join) receive a free period with no subscription fee; the length and terms of that period will be communicated directly and may change with notice.
During this early period, online payment is not yet live — bookings are confirmed and payment is arranged directly with the business (for example, in person). This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. Once online payment is available, separate, clearer payment terms will apply and you'll be notified.
BIGVILLE is provided "as is" while in this early stage. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is accurate or up to date — check directly with a business for anything time-sensitive. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as BIGVILLE develops. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
